“We stopped by this location Saturday night Ict 4th around 7 PM before starting our long drive back to Arkansas. We eat at Freddy’s every chance we get, there’s not one in our hometown. The food was very good as an always but what stood out was the customer service. The gentleman behind the counter was super friendly, greeting everyone coming in and thanking everyone leaving. I wish I would’ve gotten his name. The world needs more people like him. Thanks”

“As a midwesterner who grew up on Culver’s: this place is awesome. So much better than A&W and Culver’s. The man working at the counter (bald guy with a goatee) was awesome. I wish I knew his name so I could tell corporate how great he really was. Customer service on his end was an easy 10/10. We mentioned we were new to Freddy’s and he checked in on us a bunch and welcomed us. This wasn’t unique to us as he was going around the whole restaurant checking on guests and thanking them for coming in. This was a great experience and I hope they appreciate that guy as he is making a great name for the brand. Food was also elite!”

“The service here is phenomenal! Front end staff is super friendly and personable, and the back end makes amazing burgers! Last time I had Freddy's was 2021 in Carbondale IL which was good but this location just does everything better. I'm salivating just waiting till I can come back to Freddy's for a steak burger next week ”

“Either we hit after a MAJOR rush or this location was understaffed. The place was definitely dirty... Most of the tables were dirty. The expeditor/assembly person was super busy cleaning in between orders. You could see him never slacking. My husband did not like not being able to see his eyes since his cap was pulled down so far on his forehead he had to tip his whole head back to read the order screen, but since he was doing his job well I didn't see the issue; he was obviously confidant with wearing it that way. The order taker was pleasant.”
